When you're heading out on a road trip, it's super important to have everything you need in case you're feeling a bit off. We always bring these 3 essential oils with us - they're compact and can help you out with little issues in a jiffy!

Tea Tree Essential Oil


TEA TREE ESSENTIAL OIL


  • For wounds: use as an antiseptic directly on the wound.

  • For insect bites: apply to stop the sting and heal the bite.

  • For insect repellent: mix with water and spray on skin or surfaces.

  • For sunburn: add to aloe vera cream.

  • For earache: blend with olive oil, apply in the ear, and remove by tilting your head.

  • For mouth and gum sores: add to toothpaste and brush.

  • For natural deodorant: rub a drop under your arms.




Peppermint essential oil

PEPPERMINT ESSENTIAL OIL


  • For motion sickness: put a few drops of peppermint oil on a tissue and breathe in. 

  • For indigestion: mix one drop with one tsp of olive oil and one tsp of honey and ingest. 

  • For headache: put one drop on your finger and massage your temples with it (don’t go too close to your eyes).

  • For hangover: add 2 drops in a glass of water and drink. 

  • For nasal congestion: put peppermint oil on your finger and apply by your sinuses (don’t go too close to your eyes). 




Lavender essential oil


LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL


  • For burns: apply directly on the burn

  • For bug bites: apply directly on the bite

  • For sleeping: put a few drops on your fingers and apply on your neck and on your wrist before going to sleep. 

  • For insect repellent: add a few drops in water and spray on your skin or on surfaces around you.
