For Bugs & Bites


  • Citronella and tea tree essential oils are excellent natural insect repellents. These essential oils can be mixed with a carrier oil and applied to exposed skin. Alternatively, you can opt for natural bug spray infused with citronella and tea tree. Adding a citronella candle to your gear pack is also beneficial for extra protection in buggy areas.

  • Aloe gel is fantastic for treating bug bites, providing relief from itching and soothing irritated skin.

  • Bicarbonate of Soda is useful for gargling when you have a sore throat or for cleaning burnt pots in your camp kitchen.
